Yes. Flavor Bomb Kitchen operates a completely gluten free kitchen. Although we do offer organic wheat pasta, the wheat pasta has its own dedicated pot, colander and spoon. The wheat pasta is always cooked last, plated separately, and the pot, colander and spoon are washed last and not kept with the rest of the gluten free production equipment which was all purchased new and has never been introduced to gluten. This allows us to prepare meals in an environment that is safe for people with celiac disease and those with severe gluten sensitivity. All meals are prepared and professionally sealed and labeled to maintain safety and consistency. Our executive chef and owner has been producing gluten-free food at the professional level since 2010 as an executive chef for various local restaurants and our staff are all trained in food allergy protocols.
Our subscription offers a 10 percent discount on your order with a four month minimum commitment. Subscribers still choose their meals each week from our rotating menu, so you are never locked into the same meals. A new menu is released weekly, and you simply log in to select the meals you want for that week.
