About Us

Flavor Bomb Kitchen is a Tempe based scratch kitchen built for people who care deeply about what goes into their food. Our head chef brings over 20 years of restaurant experience and formal culinary training, so every meal is prepared with professional skill, consistency, and care.
We cook fresh using real ingredients, bold flavors, and restaurant-quality technique, so your meals taste like something you’d actually want to eat. You’ll find options like Paleo, gluten-free, and high-protein meals cooked fresh, portioned, and ready to heat.
We’re also intentional about what we don’t use. Our kitchen avoids seed oils and prioritizes quality fats and ingredients. And when it comes to protein, we source Arizona local beef to support local ranching and deliver better quality you can taste.

“I really enjoy my weekly meal prep delivery from flavor bomb kitchen. You can tell there's thought and attention put into every dish. Also I especially like how the rice is fortified with collagen rich bone broth. They really make it easy and convenient for us to feed our family a well-balanced meal- plus the convenience you cannot beat.”
Brian
“Flavor Bomb Kitchen is the first meal prep I actually get excited about. New menu items every week, everything tastes fresh, everything is super healthy, and it’s way better than any other meal prep I have tried. I am not even gluten free or paleo, I just like their food more than what I would cook myself and it feels cheaper than trying to make the same meals...”
